When we were 12

Just last saturday i met up with a few of my primary school classmates. All i can say is that it was an incredibly great and totally amazing experience for me to see them again. Can you imagine, the last time when i see these guys i was like 12 years old? i am 24 this year, by the way. About 12 years had past and never in my whole life would i thought that i would ever see them again. These whole reunion thing was made possible through FaceBook, of which i am thoroughly convinced of its power by now. i might just be a convert and get an account after all when i have the spare time to do so.

My first typography design ever! It was finished sometime ago but I've never gotten enough time around to get this uploaded. Every single letter was drawn with a mechanical pencil before scanned and traced on illustrator.

as the ancient chinese saying goes...

"不入虎穴，焉得虎子"。
transliteration: "blue who shoe, and the whose."(Ha!)
it roughly translates to "entering the tiger's lair to get the tiger's cubs"
which literally means "no venture no gain."

the saying is really all about risks and return. about taking courage and faith for the rewards beyond.
